The service we provide is free, voluntary and non-binding. We cannot adjudicate on matters pertaining to criminality or on matters where minors are concerned.

We will pursue a complaint on your behalf where it relates to British Hizmet in Britain but only after you have exhausted the complaints procedure of the said body or where you have not received a reply despite the adequate lapse of time or where your complaint relates to an informal issue as described above.

All Voices member organisations have signed a memorandum of understanding with us which allows us to pursue matters of complain with them. Where you complain relates to another organisation or individual, then we will seek to obtain their permission to engage with them on the issue of concern as well. Please note however that our services rely on the willing participation of the other party or parties.

Our primary point of concern here is to fairly and impartially investigate the issue that you have raised and to attempt at resolving it. To achieve this, we will advocate on your behalf as well as mediate between you and the other party.
